Bibimbap — Korean recipe
Bibimbap, photographed for the Kitchen Pantri cookbook.

Bibimbap

Warm rice under separately seasoned piles of vegetables, marinated beef and a fried egg, with gochujang sauce stirred through at the table. Every vegetable is cooked and dressed on its own — that is the work, and it is what makes the bowl taste like five things instead of one.
