Puerto Rican Coquito — Puerto Rican recipe
Puerto Rican Coquito, photographed for the Kitchen Pantri cookbook.

Puerto Rican Coquito

Puerto Rico's creamy coconut holiday drink: cream of coconut, coconut milk, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk blended with rum, vanilla, cinnamon and a little nutmeg until smooth, then chilled in bottles and poured into small glasses with a cinnamon stick. Rich, sweet and spiced like a coconut eggnog without the eggs.
