Filipino Lumpia (Lumpiang Shanghai)

Thin, crackly Filipino spring rolls packed with a savory filling of ground pork, finely minced onion and carrot, parsley, garlic and a touch of sesame oil, bound with egg and rolled pencil-slim. These are air-fried until golden and blistered, then served with sweet chili sauce for dipping. It's a party favorite that makes about 50 rolls.
