Japchae — Korean recipe
Japchae, photographed for the Kitchen Pantri cookbook.

Japchae

Korean sweet potato noodles tossed with beef, mushrooms and a pile of vegetables in a soy-sesame dressing. Everything gets cooked separately and combined at the end, which is more pans but is what keeps the vegetables crisp. Good warm, and just as good cold from the fridge.
