Homemade Kombucha with Second Ferment

Tangy, gently fizzy fermented tea brewed at home. Sweet black tea ferments with a SCOBY for about a week, then goes into sealed bottles with a little fruit juice for a few days to build carbonation. It's a slow project, but each batch needs only about 30 minutes of active work.
