Homemade Oat Milk

Smooth, creamy, lightly sweet oat milk from rolled oats, ice-cold water, a little maple syrup, vanilla and a pinch of salt. The secret to milk that is not slimy is a quick rinse, ice water, a very short blend and letting it drip through the cloth without squeezing. Five minutes, plant-based, and great in coffee, cereal and smoothies.
