Peach Cobbler — American recipe
Peach Cobbler, photographed for the Kitchen Pantri cookbook.

Peach Cobbler

Sliced peaches thickened with cornstarch under rough spoonfuls of buttermilk biscuit dough, baked until the fruit bubbles up around the edges and the top goes golden. No rolled crust and no lattice — the topping is dropped on in lumps and that is the point.
