Sigeumchi Namul — Korean recipe
Sigeumchi Namul, photographed for the Kitchen Pantri cookbook.

Sigeumchi Namul

Korean seasoned spinach: blanched for half a minute, squeezed properly dry, and dressed with sesame oil, garlic and a little soy. Fifteen minutes, and it turns a whole bunch of spinach into a small bowl of something you will finish before the rice is ready.
