Turkish Rice Pilaf

Orzo toasted in butter until it is properly brown, then rice cooked in the same pot and left to steam under a towel-wrapped lid. Two small habits — rinsing the rice properly and the towel at the end — are the whole difference between separate grains and a sticky pot.
